Bill Schafer B.A.
Bill Schafer brings a diverse background to Sunbelt. After receiving his B.A. degree from Ohio State, he served with the Army Medical Service Corps. During his tour, the Army awarded him two achievement medals for outstanding performance. On leaving the Army, he became Director of Inorganic Chemistry for an engineering and architectural firm. He led a team focused on identifying water, soil, and sludge contaminants for client compliance with EPA reporting requirements. He moved on to developing methodologies and equipment to resolve material compatibility problems for manufacturing companies as a Research Associate for a consulting company. Bill is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and will complete his Certified Business Intermediary requirements and achieve certification within the year.
Bob Peterson B.S.

Bob Peterson brings to Sunbelt Business more than 30 years of healthcare, information technology, business and sales experience. In a 30+ year corporate career, Mr Peterson rose through the ranks at pharmaceutical distributor Alco Health Services Corporation, now part of AmeriSource-Bergen, to Vice President of Purchasing and Vice President of Sales. Under his leadership, division sales revenue rose from $1 million to over $100

million. After AmeriSource, Mr Peterson led the sales team at inventory management Software Company, E3, as National Account Manager, Healthcare as VP of Sales at NonStop Solutions, and most recently, as VP of Sales at Space Works, a b2b Internet application company. During his tenure at E3, he was the top sales executive for four years having personally sold software purchasing systems to 75% of the top 20 drug wholesalers and retailers, such as CVS, Rite Aid and Eckerd.

Bob is a life long resident of Columbus and graduated from The Ohio State University. Bob's area of concentration includes developing Internet and wholesale & retail distributors of software companies.

Lexi Maclae B.S., D.V.D.

Nationally known in the field of veterinary medicine, Dr Maclae has owned two successful veterinary practices and in 2000 joined Banfield, the world's largest group of privately owned veterinary hospitals. From 2000 to 2004, she successfully sold 32 veterinary franchises in the Northeastern USA were previously no Banfield hospitals existed and hence, no brand recognition. Dr Maclae is an industry specialist in the entire pet industry as well as agriculture and pharmaceuticals. She graduated with honors from Cornell University in 1985 with a BS in Animal Science, along with a minor in Agricultural Economics. Her contributions to the clinical trials of the now widely used bovine growth hormone were instrumental in securing FDA approval. In 1990, she received her Doctorate in Veterinary Science from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr Maclae is a Certified Business Intermediary and member of the International Business Brokers Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, Cornell Alumni Association and the Midwest Drovers Association. Lexi enjoys life on an Arabian horse breeding farm in Granville Ohio. She and her husband Dane, have four young children.

Marcus Milligan, B.S., M.B.A., PMP
Milligan, an Irish native who has been living in the US for 10 years. His international educational background includes B.S. honors degree in Computer Science from the University of Ulster and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in e-Business from the University of Phoenix. Milligan is an accomplished project manager certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Milligan has a diverse background working for: Dixons Group, Marathon Oil, Wittenberg University, Northrop Grumman, BankOne, and Sinclair Community College. He was part of the Dixons Group start-up team in Bangor, Ireland achieving personal sales equal to 40% of a multi million dollar first year sales. As project manager of software development projects, Milligan has spoken to many professional groups about specialty applications such as configuration management, single sign-on portals for larger entities. His recent involvement has included sale activity for his own internet start-up business. Marcus is key screening Coordinator of business wishing to review Clearview processes.
Robert P. St. Germain B.S., M.B.A., CBI
Mr. St. Germain is a graduate of both the U.S. Military Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering and Harvard University where he received his MBA degree in General Management. While in the U.S. Army, he served as a Ranger qualified paratrooper in the elite units, the 82nd Airborne Division and the 11th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Within the business sector, Mr. St. Germain accrued over 20 years experience at Polaroid Corp., Grumman Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp., Holophane Corp., and NSI, Inc. He has a broad functional background including Vice President level positions in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Strategic Planning from which he also gained corporate experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His current focus within Sunbelt is on manufacturing, distribution, and B2B transactions with a specialty practice in the physical security sector. Mr. St. Germain is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Security Industry Association, and the International Business Brokers Association, from which he earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation. He is also certified as a Senior Business Analyst (SBA) and Machinery and Equipment Analyst (MEA) by the Society of Business Analysts. He is active within his local community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Gahanna (OH) Area Chamber of Commerce.
