  $1,000 license fee for a 2 year term
  $500 fee per vehicle for a 2-year term
  $350 disclosure for each principal and key employee
  Fingerprint fee as required by New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. BIC will
  advise the applicant of the requisite fee amount.
