• Our price list is on the web http://www.altranic.com.au/. Please ask your sales person for User name and Password to access dealer section. Price list is updated daily.
• Fax your orders where possible
• Put Purchase Order Number on each Purchase Order
• Please indicate method of delivery.
• Please fax us confirmation of payment if paying by Direct Deposit, TT or Internet Banking.
• Ask Bank to add short message/comment (ex.:your company name) to DD where possible.

PRICES

• All prices quoted in our price list are cash prices
• Price subject to fluctuations, pricing in effect at time of invoicing.

PAYMENT

• Cash must be paid for the first 5 purchases.
• We accept payment by Credit Cards.
• Payment by Credit Cards attract 1.5% surcharge.
• Payment by Cash, Company Cheque, Bank Cheque, Direct Deposit, EFTPOs.
• Orders paid by company cheque will be dispatched after cheque clearance unless agreed otherwise.

PRODUCT RETURNS

• altranic Computers provides a 12 month RTB warranty on all products unless stated otherwise.
• Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at altranic Computers' discretion

• An RA# (return authorization number) must be obtained from our Service Department before any goods are returned. This RA# must be clearly written on shipping label, NOT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, and a copy of original invoice must be supplied.
• If an RA# can't be identified altranic Computers will be unable to accept delivery.
• Goods should be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will not be accepted.
• altranic Computers is unable to accept any returned goods that are not in their unmarked original packaging and in complete "as new" condition.
• An RA# does not guarantee either credit or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return goods to altranic Computers.

• altranic Computers will void warranty of any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered by unauthorized personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will also void the warranty.
• Products returned for credit may incur 15% restocking fee at the discretion of altranic Computers.
• Warranty is void on any item physicaly damaged.

TITLE:

• The goods are to remain in title and property of altranic Computers until fully paid and cheques are cleared. Ownership of products will only be transferred to the customer when all monies owed to altranic Computers have been paid in full.
