• Richard has a solid experience in the financial services industry after ten years with Lloyds Bank in the UK and four years at the helm of Europe's largest financial marketing consultancy, City Financial Marketing.
  
  A decade in mainstream advertising at top Management level with global giants Publicis and Foote, Cone & Belding (FCB) complemented his background showing creativity and business skills. Based out of Hong Kong in charge of 12 countries' operations across Asia Pacific he was specifically responsible for the Northwest Airlines, Dell, 3Com and Standard Chartered Bank brands.
  
  Richard moved to Bali in 2000 and bought a major share of the island’s leading villa services company, Elite Havens.
  
  Today he is MD and Partner in mc2, a significant and active Real Estate Developer in Bali. His financial background combined with core skills of concept development, integrated marketing planning and sales management are of special relevance to mc2 Project Management business.
  
  A veteran of large projects, including 12 new company launches, Richard is a natural builder, of both teams and business.
  
  Richard is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has British nationality and resides in Bali.

Mike Starvis is representing Walton International Group as advisor to the AAA Balanced Real Estate Fund.

Mr. Starvis has been with Walton International for almost 5 years and was responsible for launching and building their Corporate Division and Third party and Institutional distribution business in this region.

He has 26 years experience in the banking, financial services and investment industries, having held various senior management positions in various major institutions or their subsidiaries including, American Express, BAT Financial Services, HFC Bank PLC and Old Mutual International.

In addition, he has worked within the offshore investment and private banking market for 11 Years, dealing with high net worth clients and institutions throughout Asia, in particular Japan and Hong Kong, conducting many investment seminars.

During his time in Tokyo he also formed a successful company developing various investment products and services for distribution to the intermediary and institutional market and structuring new alternative strategy investment funds for institutional and retail
