AAA Venture Fund SPC Limited is an exempted limited liability company of unlimited duration registered as a Segregated Portfolio Company on 4 May, 2006 pursuant to the provisions of Part XIV of the Companies Law (2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands. The Segregated Portfolio Company structure permits the creation of numerous Segregated Portfolios of assets and liabilities within the capital of the Company and allows the segregation and protection of assets of a particular Segregated Portfolio from other liabilities of the Company and other Segregated Portfolios. The Company may create several Segregated Portfolios each with its own unique investment objectives, strategy and each representing a distinct portfolio of assets and liabilities.
Asset Allocation Advisors Group Ltd., (" AAAG "), serves as the investment manager of the Company and the Funds created and in existence and, in that capacity, has responsibility for managing the operations and cash of a Fund.
The Fund will invest in Real Estate Ventures or in mutual funds that will be leveraged to invest in Real Estate Ventures. The Master Fund will have substructures which will be set up on a project-to-project basis. The Fund will also invest in absolute return funds to provide investors with a steady return picture while maintaining reasonable levels of liquidity. Holdings in the fund will be leveraged to make investments in Real Estate Ventures on a worldwide scale with initial regional focus on Southeast Asia and the Middle East .
